Kayla Bouazouni is a dual master's student at Sciences Po and Columbia University. Her concentrations are in Cultural Policy & Management and Urban & Social Policy. She grew up in Greater Paris, which exposed her to a wide range of visual and performing arts, and cultivated her passion for the cultural and creative industries.

Her main interests lie in accessibility and educational outreach. She wants to make culture more approachable to the youth in underserved communities. She believes everyone should have the opportunity to engage with contemporary art, performing arts, theatre and cinema just to name a few.

In the summer of 2022, she was an Assistant Company Manager for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, arranging artists' hospitality and coordinating with crew to prepare performances. From 2022-23, Kayla was a Gallery Assistant for David Zwirner, creating public exhibition guides and private viewing materials. Currently, she is a part-time Gallery Assistant for Hauser & Wirth Paris.

Kayla is globally engaged and has professional experience with organizations across the United States, Europe, and Asia, including Ivy Camps USA, Hangar Theatre, and the music label APG. She holds a BA in Performing and Media Arts from Cornell University and graduated Magna Cum Laude for her honors thesis titled "Growing Pains." She loves contemporary fine arts and enjoys drawing and painting in her free time. In her senior year at Cornell, she was chosen to paint a mural in the Schwartz Center for the Performing Arts.
